PMR Week

i fell sick for 4 days

feel very bad

however i enjoyed exam cuz im quite "relax"

i didn't take it seriously cuz i am lazy

hahax whatever

i feel much better after having some medicines

i absolutely well when Monday 12-10

today whanpeng's mother sent me home

oh else i have to back by bus again and again

Exercise

in the afternoon i done two things

1. 解绳 2. exercise

i untie the dede's toy string which already “pa kat”

i sat on the shoes cabinet at the balcony

watching the waterfall scenery while solve the deadlock of string

i feel peace and calm

there was rain before

such a beautiful view after a continuous drizzle

i went exercise when 3.00

and end at 3.57

i feel much energetic and fresh

my mind refresh and became much more confidence

wow that's what i call magic of exercise

remind: nothing is important than our health in this world

try to spend some time to exercise no matter how important is the job u working on

by the way, exercise always is the last choice when u want to cut down some of u routine when u are busy

Last Day Tuition

today, 6.30-8.30 was my last tuition

....quite sad cuz it signs that i wasted 3 years

3 years- form 1 till form 3

PMR now is just the day after tomorrow

i have no confidence at all

cuz im a lazy guy and only know how to avoid homework

however

i glad that i knew some friends through tuition

engchuan, jialeong, weiqing

before back Sir and Pn. Loh wished us the best in PMR

i got home phone number from engchuan and jialeong

i didn't get 联络方式 from soon weiqing cuz i got added her in facebook and email already

hope our friendship wont meet the end .......forever

thk for Sir and Pn. Loh taught me for 3 years

yes 3 years already...time flow faster than i thought

thks for my tuition mates for accompany me such a long time

Shopping

today i went shopping with family at SunShine

before that i bought one watch at Air Itam Pasar

it cost RM 15 it is orange in color

i bought some stationery also

those are for PMR purpose

then we went Permata ka fei dian for lunch

when we went in ....a family came just in time too

看着其中几位的背影，似曾相似

two of them wearing t-shirt - 红茶馆

after some while i remembered that they (两姐弟)were those served us when we went for 早茶

oh they live at permata

after they back another family came

oh one of them is from CLHS choir member

when i backed i walked pass him but he didn't recognize me

Last PJ lesson for this year

an exciting PJ class 2-10-2009


at first i played basketball with mingzhe leongcai binn yansheng and jingyao

after some while other class came

so we went to another court to play with our classmates

jayyeap let us join them(me and mingzhe, other people went other place already)

i joined group (xiauwei, zhenjing, jiawei, binn chin)

mingzhe joined group(Jx See, JayYeap, Kenneth,MinJing )

i played as a defender cuz i poor in this sport

honestly i don even know the rules

i think i played well as a defender ^+^ Ming Zhe also played as defender

i succeed to prevent several ball when Jx try to 传球 some happend to jayyeap

once, xiauwei sent the ball to me but i was 呆着

very sorry, xiauwei for my awkward in moving and respond

seldom people send ball to me cuz im a nerd

but yes thanks xiauwei trusted me once although this is just a game

haha

whole game, jayeap kept saying "watches the ball u send to !" to min jing

and jiawei threw in many ball triumph for our group !

quite a time my shoes loose

oh yeah some of my classmate were throwing shoes i laugh till stomach feel pain

there was a time i try to get the ball from jayyeap when he tried to pass it

both of us jump high in the air

i cant remember i succeed to avoid the ball being pass or not

but our chest "collide" and i heard xiauwei said "u almost kiss together"

hahax a funny moment and such an enjoyment

i was glad that i can "平起平高” with him(jayyeap is great in sport esp running)

after that min jing start to stop me from reached their player when they were trying to throw in the ball (he thought i can stop them ^^ so proud was i)

there was once that xiauwei throw the ball when standing at the middle of court and

surprisingly it in ! wow 气氛 became hot

after that jayyeap and jiawei also tried “xiauwei's style” unfortunately they failed

belakang ini saya cuba untuk mengamalkan kebiasaan bersukan

that's because i get encouragement to be more healthy

i read one book about exercise and so on

lol i hope i can live till 99 ^^
